- Quickly paint terrain.
- Paint some vegetation on terrain.
- Put some spawn points and weapons at cool-looking spots.
- Make it look all cool with a pretty ToD.
- Think about releasing the map in a few days, but then change your mind!
- Read this.

Enjoy!

It's what i hope you're going to do =)

Though your current progress looks nice, i seriously doubt it plays nice, and i seriously doubt you put a lot of work in it.

Why doubt it plays nice and why doubt about work?? If you talking about the tod 'issue' in strike, don't worry the brightness is fixed in this tod. Wink 1

I'm not talking about the HDR issue, i'm talking about map design in terms of gameplay, that's why i gave you that link, it explains a lot about map design and gameplay Smiley

Well there you have it: it looks great, but does it also play great? For example: The ground is completely flat and it will probably lag like hell because all the vegetation.

Just don't release this map anywhere soon, work on it for several more weeks (assuming it's a small map), read some articles on map design, take a look at existing maps, etc. first Smiley

Ground is not  flat. Wink 1 Ground doesn't always have to be maximum bumpy. Tongue Many forests i've been to do not have so much bumps in it and is very flat.

Blahblah's right. Delete some of that vegetation. Creating a natural looking forest isn't hard in SB2 (that's what its meant to do), but creating interesting terrain that is sculpted to give an awesome gameplay experience, that takes effort.

Though, I have to admit, it does look really nice. I'd like to see some bases/landmarks, though.
