If you're a member, and you're familiar with forums. Then you may want to know a bit about our ranking and permissions. If you do don't know much about forums, this thread should help you out as well.

To find the total of posts you or anyone else has, look under your/their name on the left of your/their posts, or view the profile of that person.

Special Ranks

- Administrator
- [Cry-On] Lead Administrator
- Global Moderator and Website Assistant
- Crytek Employee
- Local Moderator
- News Editor

Post Based Ranks

- Ascended, Post count required 10,000.
- Ancient Pro, Post count required 5000.
- Ancient, Post count required 3000.
     - Legend Pro, Post count required 2000.
     - Legend, Post count required 1500.
         - Elder Pro, Post count required 1000.
         - Elder, Post count required 500.
             - Senior Pro, Post count required 250.

It's rare to see a site that tells you forum user permissions directly. Nice touch, Admin.

I'll keep an eye out for any mistakes and glitches and report them.

Edit: I'm reading through the rest of the site right now, and I'm noticing some spelling and grammar errors that should probably be fixed.

Sure have kyro,

I've been a member of many forums for over 3 years and I can certainly see ways to improve all of them. I'm hoping that showing this information will keep people motivated. Also, I believe an admin that involves himself in forum conversations and responds to requests and suggestions is always a good thing.

Good to hear, Admin. It does add to the environment of a forum when the Admin is active and answers questions promptly.

Just so you know, I'm in the process of checking the website for spelling and grammar mistakes. I'll shoot you a PM when I get done.

Seems quite a few people are mistaking this for the official website... mainly due to the EA and Crytek logo's.

I can't see why not. I'm simply linking to the devoloper and the publisher. Crytek or EA will say something if they don't like it. I might mention thats its unofficial on the homepage title.

I think apart from the official sites this site will be used quite a fair bit as it is highly professional which im sure EA and other companies have no issues with it been used as it doesnt infringe no copyright issues

Also look at the bottom of all the pages (excpt forum pages). It states that the logos are trademarks, just incase there was an issue.

yeah no worries EA and crytek aint gunna "cry" (excuse the lame assed pun) over anything anyway on this site, its a unofficial site and having logos isnt going to affect it in anyway shape or form, its great to see your motivation with the forum Admin and glad to be a part of the community
