If you still have questions on solids then this tutorial is for you. The guide will clearly explain how to use the UV mapping tool included with the Sandbox 2 editor, in order to create great looking solids painted with nice textures.


Liquid + Material editor (solids) (by Duruk)

If you are still interested in solids you will learn a lot new things from this guide. It will teach you everything that’s necessary to make advanced textures for your solids, like a water surface, and how to correctly use and tweak the material editor to achieve the best result. At the end you will have much nicer kitchens and bathrooms, thanks to a very nice water effect.


How to Export a House into Sandbox (by BeamUs)

This tutorial is for advanced 3ds max users, do you have just finished modelling your building and don’t know exactly what to do to export it and import it ingame? Thanks to this guide you will learn how to correctly set up and tweak your 3d model and its materials in order to be able to correctly have it displayed in Crysis.


Custom Character SetUp & Export (3DsMax) (by BenP85)

Do you want a bit more variety in your game? How about adding new enemies? This tutorial video contains all the instructions needed to export your custom character model from 3ds max, import it in the character editor, and have it correctly displayed ingame. At the end you will have a new perfectly animated characters.
