Martin Mittring's (Martin Mittring is the lead Graphics Programmer at Crytek) Visionday '08 CryENGINE 2 Presentation shows the powerful rendering capabilities of the CryEngine 2.
The presentation is describing all major graphic techniques that are available in the CryEngine2. Here we describe the properties and why they are in the engine in that form. All techniques work well together and provide a good solution for current and near future generation of graphics hardware. That's a picture of it, but the whole presentation is really about the powers of CryENGINE 2. It's not all that interesting, but it's a nice read if you're bored or want to learn more about the engine. |

I am gonna tell you about this internet phenomenom called youtube, it allows you to search for videos about almost anything (morally right). You should try it sometime. Anyway, awesome presentation, what is visionday 08 is my next question. So someone load up google for me and find that out  |
