Hey Crysis-Online!

When I stripped the old inactive moderators of their rank in the beginning of this year, I left a window open for them to get back in provided the situation was right and they have become active once more. This is such a occasion, and HitmanJustin is the one being promoted.

So without further delay, I present you to the newest/oldest addition to the admin team.
